Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and performance of package tour/travel services, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through [flutravel.com].

Article 4 – Preliminary Information
The BUYER acknowledges that prior to the conclusion of this agreement, they have read the Preliminary Information Form provided, and are informed about the scope of the service, its price, payment, cancellation, and modification conditions.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502, since package tours, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage supply, and entertainment services are performed on a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
However, the SELLER may offer refunds or date changes within the framework of its own cancellation/change conditions.
Article 6 – Cancellation, Modification, and Termination

The BUYER may request cancellation, provided that they notify the SELLER in writing at least 30 days before the start of the tour.

Except for force majeure (such as natural disasters, illness, etc.), cancellations made in less than 30 days will not be refunded.

The SELLER may cancel the tour due to insufficient participation or force majeure; in this case, the full amount will be refunded to the BUYER.
Article 7 – General Provisions

The BUYER declares that they have provided all necessary personal information correctly for the performance of the service subject to this agreement.

The Parties agree that, in the event of any dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at the SELLER’s location shall have jurisdiction.

This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the BUYER.
Article 8 – Enforcement
This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
